Syria's Foreign Ministry spokesman Jihad Makdissi, a cease-fire proposal put forward by the UN Special Representative Brahimi Lahtar said they look hot.
Makdissi AFP in a statement, "Any initiative to succeed, not only in the hands of a party," he said.
